The apartment of 125m2 is in the residential village of S'Agaró onyl 800m from the beach and restaurants, 5min from Platja d'Aro and 22km from Girona's Airport. It is located on the third floor with an elevator and has a large outdoor area with panoramic views of the Sant Pol's bay that has a 5x3m private pool, sunbathing hammocks, terrace, barbecue and chill out area. Additionally, there is a community pool open all year round. There are two en-suite bedrooms with a double bed each and one bedroom with two single beds. You will find three complete bathrooms with shower and bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, winter heating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, private parking space and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in you will be asked for the documentation. Groups under 30 years old are not accepted. The minimum stay is 32 nights. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
