Designer apartment in an upscale neighborhood, right on the waterfront at Carretera Sant Pol 663, first floor, unit 3, with access to sandy coves 20 meters away and the beach 150 meters away. Direct access to a coastal path surrounded by nature and always alongside the sea. On the first floor, there is an outdoor terrace with a dining area overlooking the sea and the bay, as well as a dining room and living room featuring a 40-inch HD LCD TV, a large chaise longue sofa, and two electric blinds. In the garden, there is a sun deck with a shower, a lemon tree, lavender, and jasmine—scents that transport you to a summer of dolce farniente.
On the same floor: a kitchen, a bedroom with two adult-sized beds, and a half-bath with a shower.
On the upper floor, which is air-conditioned, there is access to a balcony with a small table, two chairs, and ocean views; another bedroom with a bunk bed for two adults and a desk with ocean views as well; and a full bathroom with a washer-dryer.

Very cool, glam, restaurants high level near, calas nices front apartment, whit camino ronda, front see, gently property, good connection wifi, parking close, good wiews, near beach Sant Pol. We return :)
