Experience modern comfort in our recently remodeled guest suite, a peaceful haven on a quiet, tree-lined street in Mar Vista. This sunlit retreat is perfect for travelers and no professionals alike, featuring a premium queen bed, chic West Elm furnishings, and a bright living space with south-facing windows. Enjoy a stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower and Toto washlet, a fully equipped kitchenette, high-speed Wi‑Fi, and a 55" Smart TV. Just a 10-minute drive from Santa Monica and Venice Beach, and 15 minutes to UCLA—your ideal LA escape awaits!
The Space
The guest suite offers a spacious studio layout with the bathroom on the ground floor and an open living/sleeping area upstairs. Though the hosts live next door in a midcentury modern home, the upstairs suite ensures privacy while keeping us nearby if needed.
Located in a prime West LA neighborhood, the suite is well-equipped for both short and long stays. Whole Foods, YAMA sushi, and Trader Joe's are within walking distance, while Mar Vista Park—just two blocks away—offers a playground, basketball and tennis courts, and a roller skating rink. The popular Mar Vista Farmer’s Market and several local coffee shops are only a 5-minute drive away.

My review isn’t just hype—I truly mean it when I say I aspire to be a host like Sara. This place is every bit as charming and authentic as the photos suggest. I was lucky enough to meet Sara as I was heading out one day, and her warm welcome and gracious conversation made a lasting impression. From the thoughtful touch of guest slippers at the door to the generous amenities like toiletries and snacks, every detail was appreciated. I would—and absolutely will—stay here again, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.
