About this cabin rental
This spacious cabin sits on Castle Creek, nestled far back into the woods. You will enjoy the seclusion and privacy that you crave. The cabin sits on 17 acres with trails, a fire pit and plenty of room for kids or pups to run around.
The cabin features 1 private bedroom and a loft bedroom. Extra sleeping arrangements for 4 additional guests.
Enjoy the snowy or rainy days in the cabin playing board games, or watching TV. Watch the kids and pups play in the yard from the covered front porch.
The Unit
The living room is centered around the floor to ceiling stone fireplace and hearth. Gather around to play one of the board games or to watch TV. Snuggle up in the rocking chair to read a book with your morning coffee next to the toasty propane wall heater.
The kitchen and dining room are large enough for everyone to sit around the table to visit while a home cooked meal is prepared. Enjoy the view of the creek and woods out of the windows over your morning coffee. Grill out on the porch while relaxing in the quiet solitude of the wooded property.

Enjoy the fresh pine breezes while sitting on the porch on warm days, or exploring the creek and trails through the woods on the property. Roast some marshmallows for smores after chasing the fireflies in the waning light. Explore the Finger Lakes wineries, dine in Hornell, take a trip to Corning for the Museum of Glass or Rockwell Museum of Art. Skiing is available 30 minutes away at Swain Ski Resort. Other resorts slightly farther. Many hiking trails are spread throughout the area. Check the guest app or green binder at the cabin for maps.

Everything was perfect with this house, nice comfy bed, indoor fireplace that needed no wood, a deer that would roam around the property, was a distant to go places but we knew in advance, definitely recommended

The cabin's seclusion was exactly what we were looking for in a rental. The pics really don't do the property justice. My grandkids came to visit and spent hours outside exploring. In the afternoon/early evening, we sat around the fire pit and enjoyed each other's company. We burned wood the kids found on their adventures.

When I needed to look for a place for my family to stay so that we can attend a funeral I found the perfect place. There's beautiful woods to explore as well as a creek that you can see out the window. There are accommodations for everything you need inside. I'm so glad to have had this opportunity to bring my family from Florida to experience New York like I did as a kid growing up on my grandparents farm.
