About this apartment rental
Close to downtown, two-bedroom suite located on the main level of the house. Conveniently located just minutes from downtown and is mere steps away from transit, shopping, hospitals, restaurants and more. This nicely remodeled and fully furnished suite offers spacious upscale two-bedroom accommodations. The suite has a private laundry and a big kitchen with a dishwasher. One free parking space is provided on the driveway. It has everything for tourists, couples and business travelers.
The house is located on a quiet street in the St. Clair area, right between Downtown and Gage Park. The neighbourhood is peaceful and friendly.
Our suite is completely private, located on the main level of the bungalow house and has everything for comfortable executive living. It has a full laundry and a nice full kitchen with a stove, microwave, refrigerator and all required kitchen supplies. The living room has a 46 inch Smart HD TV. The suite is well lit and airy. The house has recently been fully renovated and modernized.
The basement is occupied by the other guests and is not accessible.
We are continuously upgrading and improving and hope that you will enjoy your stay with us.

We are located in the heart of Hamilton, only 25 minutes walking to downtown and 15 minutes walking to Gage Park. Everything is extremely conveniently located. Approximately an 11 minute car ride to Mohawk College and a 15 minute car ride to McMaster University. A few minutes’ walk to both bus stops - we are conveniently wedged between the two one way streets that are the main transit corridors through Hamilton. Bus service is outstanding and very frequent.
