You will love sitting on one of the many private balconies and enjoying the breeze and views. Take a dip in one of the two crystal blue community pools, enjoy a game of tennis or take a stroll to the white sands of the Gulf of America for a day on the beach. Walk inside into a vast living area offering plenty of seating with a flat-screen TV. You'll find the kitchen well-equipped with all the appliances you need to cook during your stay, and there is a BBQ grill downstairs.
This six-bedroom, four-bathroom home has an open layout, so it feels spacious and inviting. The dining room table offers seating for six with additional seats at the breakfast bar. Also, on the main floor you will find a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The two primary suites have king beds with ensuite bathrooms featuring jetted tubs and walk-in showers. The additional bedrooms have a variety of sleeping options. Bedroom three has a twin daybed, bedroom four has a queen bed, bedroom five has three twin-over-twin bunk beds and bedroom six has a queen bed. There are also two guest bathrooms; one with a walk-in shower and the other has a tub/shower combo.
There is parking for up to 8 vehicles including some covered parking.
Beach access is a short walk away; less than 5 minutes.

The house was just as listed! We had issues with internet being out, electricity went out but this was out of control! Pools were not kept very clean. Lots of rats were seen around outside property, there could be more. Kitchen supplies like mixing bowls, storage containers! Keepythe thermostat on 70 kept first floor cool but guest who stayed upstairs not so cool.but overall we had a nice stay

The house was ok, it was in need of some maintenance (doors to the exterior would not stay closed unless locked, appeared to have some mold on the master bedroom ceiling, one kitchen chair had a crack in the wood); it needs storage for groceries, all kitchen cabinets were mostly filled, had to move dishes around in order to put groceries away, and space was still limited for a place that sleeps 15.
