About this house rental
Located in Ken Caryl Valley with 45 miles of private trails across 4800 acres of private open space. Enjoy hiking or mountain biking right out your for. You will have a completely private basement apartment. Just off of C470 and Ken Caryl, you are 15 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheatre, 40 minutes to downtown Denver, and 57 miles to skiing.
The space features 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds, 1 bathroom with walk in shower, a kitchenette, a large leather sectional and TV and a separate space equipped with 4 bunk beds.
Please keep in mind that this is a basement space to our family of 5. You will occasionally hear us.

Very nice area to stay in for Red Rocks concert and Kate couldn't have been more responsive and gracious as a host.

Property was very easy to find in a nice neighborhood. Access to the suite was easy, walking around the side of house on sidewalk. The suite was very spacious with two bedrooms and several bunk beds for kids. Kitchenette area was clean and complete with plenty of plates, cups, etc for feeling right at home! We really enjoyed our stay, snd it's ver close to the Red Rock Ampitheater for those planning on taking in a concert while visiting the area! I give this place a 5 out of 5!
