Location is great and short drive to restaurants and shopping. Nice, safe neighborhood. Check in/check out is super easy and quick responses from host. House was clean, well stocked and had everything we needed. Was in the area for the Sparkler softball tournament and location was perfect drive times to each ball field. Very centralized location to all bigger cities. Definitely would stay again.

This was a great place for my friends and I. We played golf at arrowhead and went to a show at red rocks. Location was great for both. The house was clean, convenient, comfortable, had everything we needed to make our trip great. Alex was great with communication and the property was exactly as pictured/described. Five stars for sure. Will be booking the same place next summer when we return! Highly recommend!!!

The home was large, clean, and had plenty of space for our family. The host was responsive and quick to address issues when they came up, which I appreciated.However, during our stay the AC broke twice, which made things uncomfortable for a while. The host did fix it each time, but the repeated issue was inconvenient.More concerning was that one night, the carbon monoxide alarm went off around midnight. I contacted the host right away but also called the fire department out of concern for my family’s safety. Thankfully, they confirmed there was no carbon monoxide in the air, but they also found that the detector was expired. The host was not happy that I contacted emergency services first, but I stand by that decision as safety is a priority, especially with children.There was also a loose railing going upstairs, though signs did warn guests to use caution.Overall, the home itself was nice, but some maintenance and safety checks are definitely needed before renting again.
