It features three bedrooms, each with a 1.80 m x 2.00 m double bed with separate mattresses, two nightstands, and a closet. A modern bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet is accessible directly from one of the bedrooms. The large main bathroom features a shower, two sinks, a toilet, a bidet, and a towel warmer. Both bathrooms have an exterior window, allowing for excellent ventilation. A spacious living room with a cozy couch invites you to relax. A large smart TV rounds out the amenities. The fully equipped kitchen, including a dining area with an extendable dining table, is also located in this room.
The apartment has a large private balcony facing the Moselle River and direct access to the garden. Garden furniture and lounge chairs are available for use in the garden. Private, free parking spaces are available right next to the house. This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is permitted on the terraces or in the garden. Pets are not allowed. Dogs may be permitted upon request. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. However, it can be reached via the garden with just two steps. In the hallway, there is a cabinet with cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, as well as board games, playing cards, and books available for our guests.
