✹ My reviews across all my properties support that my #1 goal is delivering an awesome beach vacation for my guests. This starts with a sparkling clean property and fast, excellent customer service. If you need anything at all, or if something is not right, I am quick to respond! I've tried to think of everything that my family and my guests would want in a beach rental. Vacation rentals are my passion, and I am always trying to improve the guest experience, so suggestions are welcome!

Majestic Sun is part of the sprawling Seascape Beach Resort with tons of pools, an 18-hole golf course, tennis/pickleball facility, basketball court, and 2,000 feet of beach front - there is so much to do at Seascape! Majestic Sun is located in Miramar Beach, which features wide sidewalks for walking and biking while enjoying sights and sounds of the Gulf plus easy access to all the dining and excitement that Miramar Beach and Destin has to offer!
Many restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away including:
✹ Pompano Joes, Whales Tail, Bad Ass Coffee, Pascalli's Kitchens, Cabana Cafe (open late!), Royal Palm Grille and Beach Bar, and Surf Hut

✹ No parties or loud music - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by Seascape security/local police and subject to fines.
✹ Booking guest must be 25+ and present during the whole stay (HOA policy) - In the event of a disturbance, local police will be called.
✹ Cancellation policy: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable. Please note - I am a traveler too so I know that things come up! If you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.

It was a great stay they kept in contact made sure everything was good even after we got there. Check in was easy they made it really simple for us well stocked with things you usually have to buy the umbrella and chairs was a life saver definitely would recommend

Our stay was amazing! Short drive into Destin, amazing restaurants nearby, coffee shop within walking distance, and whales tale restaurant across the street with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Perfect view from balcony and appreciate Stan checking in with us to make sure our stay was great. We have plenty of room and it was very clean. No complaints!

The condo was a little smaller than I imagined but that’s fine because we were really only there to eat and sleep. It was a short walk to the beach. The chairs and wagon were a nice addition. The only thing we didn’t like was there was no way to connect to our streaming services.
