Majestic Sun is located in Miramar Beach, which features wide sidewalks for walking and biking while enjoying sights and sounds of the Gulf plus easy access to all the dining and excitement that Miramar Beach and Destin has to offer!

✹ No parties or loud music - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by Seascape security/local police and subject to fines.
✹ Booking guest must be 25+ and present during the whole stay (HOA policy) - In the event of a disturbance, local police will be called.
✹ Cancellation policy: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable. Please note - I am a traveler too so I know that things come up! If you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.

The location of the condo was perfect for the venue. So close that we could be at venue in 5/6 min.
Condo was very clean but the furniture and decor are very basic. Veiw of beach was perfect.

This is my second time back to Miramar Beach and staying at Majestic sun. Stan was an amazing host. He was very good at communicating. Our dryer broke during our stay, and he sent someone to get it up and running again. His condo is fully stocked with all the extras which made us feel more at ease the kids loved the pool toys and the grown-ups used the umbrella and beach chairs daily. I highly recommend staying with Stan!

Loved the view and location! Stan was very helpful and responsive leading up to and throughout our stay. The condo was in good condition aside from the handle of the balcony sliding door being broken and taped..but we could still get in/out. Great amenities within the complex including free parking. We would definitely stay there again!

Excellent view of ocean and beach just across the street. The condo was lacking in several areas. Needs better cleaning, kitchen utensils, pots and pan old with loose handles. Bedroom Furniture old and worn however, sofa and love seat were nice. Legs on dining chairs loose, counters old and worn in kitchen and bathrooms. Mattress In second bedroom needs replaced. TV master bedroom would not stay on. Maintenance came to replace but the screen on the new one was broken and we were told he would go get another one and be back that same day but did not return with another one. The start up supplies (toilet tissue, paper towels, dish detergent as well as linens) was very limited. Very limited supply of bath towels, wash clothes and kitchen towels. The condo is what I would call shop worn and just needs updating and better supplied to go along with the excellent views and location. Owner responded in a timely manner as did the rental agency. The rental process was smooth and access to the property was easy with all the needed entry codes and information sent in a timely manner before we arrived at the property.
