Enclosed balcony views overlooking the water is perfect for bird watching. Fishing with charters on site. Fish right off the dock just steps away or take your boat out to the lake. Includes a fish cleaning station, swimming pool, and pickle ball court are available for use as well.
Full kitchen, washer/dryer, coffee maker and other amenities.
Unit includes: Living Room with Roku TV and Wi-Fi. Couch and love seat pull out to sleeper sofas. Kitchen with full-sized appliances, eat at peninsula countertop, stocked with cooking supplies. Balcony with a view of the channel and lake. Full-sized bathroom with tub/shower is stocked with towels and linens. Washer/Dryer. Bedroom with queen-sized bed and TV. Upstairs loft with a bunk bed with a queen and twin sized bed and 1/2 bath. Covered carport.
For birders- minutes away from Ottawa National Wildlife Refugee and Magee Marsh, some of the best birding in the state.
For fishermen- For renters bringing their own boat and who plan to use the boat dock, per Greencove condo association, renters are required to purchase a one time $15 boat pass and provide proof of boaters insurance. Trailing parking is available for rent through Wild Wings or Hammering Hank’s.
For everyone- 40 minutes to cedar point. 15 minutes to Port Clinton and the jet express to Put’n’Bay. 30 minutes to Marblehead.
Pets allowed only after arrangement. Smoking is not allowed.

We absolutely love this property. It was the perfect place and location to dock our boat for a long weekend and explore the area. The condo is very clean and had everything we needed. We can't wait to stay here again.
