This cottage has been set up in an old farm, located in a peaceful place 7 km from VERNOUX-EN-VIVARAIS 07, at an altitude of 500m.
In this village, with easy access, you will find all the essential shops (super market -bakery-butcher's shop-producers -doctors-pharmacy-restaurants-mechanic- etc ....)
This cottage comprises, for 5 people: 1 equipped kitchen – 1 living room with TV+WIFI-bathroom (walk-in shower)+ WC-2 bedrooms upstairs (one with 1 bed of 140, the other with 1 bed of 140 and 2 beds of 90) - 1 shaded terrace - parking.
Heating by a pellet stove.
Activity: numerous walks, mountain biking or road bike rides. swimming in the pool or on the lake of Vernoux. fishing at the lake or in the river, walking with donkeys or ponies
