As you enter the property it brings you straight into the lounge / dining area with a vaulted ceiling. The stylish air conditioned lounge consists of 3 & 2 seater sofas with a 50 inch flat screen TV. Off the lounge is a dining area with tables and chairs for 6 and a chill out area with panoramic views. There is also patio doors leading onto the pool terrace.
The kitchen area is fully equipped. Down the hallway you will find all bedrooms and bathrooms. Also in the accommodation is 1 heater for winter time if needed.
The exterior of the property includes it’s own huge private terrace which holds a private pool, set in Canarian type gardens fitted with artificial grass. There is also outdoor dining, sun loungers for sunbathing and a built in bbq.

This villa is positioned in a secure private development with a gated entrance. The location is set within an oasis of palm trees and tropical plants that run through the development, combined with picturesque views. This is the alternative side of Tenerife, sheer peacefulness and the only noise you hear is an opera of birdsong tumbling through the air. When the morning comes, the sun will once again peep through the clouds and inject life into the enchanted gardens which carry a delightful mix of flowery fragrances, the world is a happy place at this villa.
