Very nice, immaculately clean, modern 3 bedroom/2 half-bath (one with sink/toilet, one with sink/shower) apartment on the 5th floor with an elevator. Great location, very secure.

Immaculately clean. Has everything you could want. Very secure. Very quiet in the bedrooms. Comfortable beds. The apartment across the hall is currently being renovated, so there was certainly some noise if you were in the living room/kitchen, but they did not start until around 8 am and finished by 5 pm. It would have been nice to have some information/directions on how to operate the air conditioning/heating and how to handle garbage. We managed. The grocery store, immediately below (ground floor) was very helpful.

This was a really nice apartment with a good location. It was especially convenient to have a supermarket almost directly downstairs and a bakery around the corner. The combo washer-dryer worked well, but takes several hours so best to do overnight. The reinforced front door with a deadbolt was reassuring. It’s not on top of the tourist sites, but a leisurely stroll or quick Uber ride to the Louvre or Notre Dame. Don’t be put off by the entry hall to the building—it’s a little dingy, but the apartment is great. We were a little worried because this apartment didn’t have any reviews, but it definitely exceeded the needs and expectations of our group of six.
