BEACH ACCESS/SERVICE
- There is deeded beach access directly across from the neighborhood.
- In order to sit near the access, you must rent a "set" (2 chairs and an umbrella)
otherwise you may use the access and walk 2 minutes to the right or 4 minutes to the
left to the public access.
- Beach Service is provided by a local vendor; information provided upon request after booking
TRANSPORTATION
- Bikes are a popular way to explore! 4 are included with this property.
- A 6 seater Golf Cart is included complimentary with this property. Please note - operators of the golf cart must be 25 years of age with a valid drivers license. Signed waiver and proof of insurance required.

The house was great.
The only issues were small and few
1. was the beach chairs were not very good. The majority of them were broken. We ended up not using them but want you to know.
2. the porch light was burned out
Otherwise, the house was perfect for our family.

We booked a last minute trip and we were not familiar with Magnolia Cottages but it turned out 100% better than we expected. The neighborhood is super cute, pool was right across the street, golf cart was a MUST, beach access was perfect. Shawn, beach chairs, was great too!
House was so cute, nicely decorated, fully stocked with everything we could need. It was perfect for our family of four but could also be great with 2 families and kids in the bunk room.
Our favorite spot was the screened in porch where we played games, listened to music and just enjoyed the quaint cottage.
We can not wait to come back next summer!

This was our second year at the Maine squeeze. It was perfect for our family and the addition of the golf cart was the cherry on top. It just gave us more versatility. The nearness to the beach plus the green space and pool in the community gave us lots of variety. We golfed a couple times at a fun little course nearby, whenever we had a need, Andrea was very responsive. I highly recommend this property!
