About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 170 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool for rent in La Bastide-d'Engras, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It has a lovely 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of around 800 m². With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- Living room with kitchenette, dining area and 2 single beds
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) and a bathroom with a private shower and WC.
1st floor
- A 40 m² living room with a TV, a sofa and an open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 2: with king-size bed (180×200)
- Bathroom with bath, WC
2nd floor
- Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds, adjoining bedroom 4, which has a king-size bed (180×200)
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate WC.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- Private heated swimming pool (9.5 x 3.5 m), secured by a cover with bars, accessible from 1 May to 30 September.
- A beautiful 800 m² garden and a 20 m² terrace (south-facing) with furniture and table tennis to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in La Bastide-d'Engras, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

- Nîmes: its famous Arena and Maison Carrée.
- Avignon: the City of the Popes and its emblematic monuments.
- Uzès: stroll through its charming Duchy.
- The Gorges du Gardon: an impressive natural site, with a must-see visit to the Pont du Gard.
- Les Cascades du Sautadet: an enchanting spot for nature lovers.
- Les Grottes de la Salamandre: plunge into a fascinating underground world.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (3 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nîmes train station is about 50 minutes away by car
- Nîmes Grande Provence Méditerranée airport is 1 hour away by car.
