Guest Access:
● You are welcome to use the pool at your own risk. Do not allow children near the pool without adult supervision.

● Self-check-in with keyless entry - Access code will be sent out once the rental agreement is signed
● Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated with a fee of $100 each. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request. Payment will only be collected once we confirm that your request can be accommodated.

Getting Around:
● Drive, bike, or walk within the community. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.
● We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads tend to be sloped and can get very icy.

Other Things to Note:
The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be cancelled with no refund.

● This property can host a maximum of 12 guests, including children and infants, per the local governing regulations.

Guests shall register with Winona Lakes no less than 2 days from the arrival date. A registration form will be sent to you that must be filled out immediately. There is no fee for registration.
● Unfortunately, renters do not have access to the community amenities

Wander Home welcomes guests with fully verified profiles. Please upload your government-issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as send us a photo of your ID.

Dog fee is $150 per dog. Please let us know how many dogs you intend to bring so we can properly vet and send the appropriate request for payment.

Eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee.

A damage waiver fee ($50) is included for all reservations.

The pool is typically heated to 80 degrees; however, we cannot guarantee that the heater will be operational during your stay. Increasing the temperature will incur additional fees. The pool is serviced weekly on Fridays and is available only during the summer months. A skimmer net is available for your use to help remove floating debris from the pool.

Weekly trash collection from the shed is on Wednesdays.

Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, flying insects, and mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee that the house will be completely pest free.

When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the community without prior notice.

NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Super Foodtown, Price Chopper, Weis Markets, & CVS

We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank

SECURITY CAMERAS / AUDIO RECORDING DEVICES:
● Ring doorbell camera at the front entry door
● 2 Ring floodlight cameras - one at the side of the house over the garage and one at the back of the house facing the pool
● There's also 7 inactive cameras around the exterior of the property, on the house and in the trees

Interaction with Guests:
● We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
● Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
