Welcome to Hampstead Bear Cabin - Savings for returning quests and off peak times and month or longer stay -discounts - . A great place to spend the holidays! This is a big home and room to spread out! Priced below market.
A great clean, cabin with all of the goodies. multi zone A/C in many rooms, Washer/ dryer, 3 smart TV's, dishwasher, Keurig , wood burning fireplace, 2 person whirlpool, breakfast. Rm, Huge, loft, pool table / ping pong, Pac-Man Arcade machine with multiple games- to keep everyone entertained!2 tier deck, Charcoal BBQ grill.
Lower level game area/ bedroom suite with walkout to deck. Has its own small kitchenette- a big favorite with our guests. This is a huge cabin - over - 2,900 sq ft of hardwood and tile floors - so a family can spread out and relax.
This Cabin has been on Home-away for years with amazing reviews - Owner Randell has added many things to the cabin to make every stay the very best. Over hundreds of bookings. Very popular home and LOCATION and a great design.
Located in the gated Saw Creek Estates community- Bushkill PA, filled with amenities: picnic areas, walking trails for members boats, canoes, kayaks for rent, lake and stream for fishing, 4 outdoor pools, tiki bar, 2 indoor pools and hot tubs, 'top of the world' restaurant, 8 outdoor and 2 indoor tennis courts, indoor racquetball court, outdoor volleyball court, ski slopes, baseball field, basketball courts, fully equipped fitness center and free-weight room. You will have access to all amenities available within the community with badges- tenant purchases badges. Large paved driveway on cul-de-sac street. Great for families

Amazing location and easy driveway access.- many mountains homes have steep driveways Quite street. with great views. Walk to Ski Slope, restaurant and pools.
A wonderful tree lines views from the decks.
Horseback riding, zip lines, Snow tubing and golf within minutes, Pocono flea market - a few miles away.
This Cabin always fills up fast. Parking for four cars+. Keep an eye out, there is a family of wild turkeys that live nearby in the woods. They love to walk around and say hello. Home has WIFI and AC, Fire place

From the time I booked this property, to when my family and I checked in at the Saw Creek Estates, the process was easy. The owner and property manager were quick to respond to my questions and my family and I loved this house. We were looking for something that could accommodate 12 of us and this place didn't disappoint. The house was very clean, the kitchen facilities were exactly what were were looking for, and it had all the bells an whistles on our check list. The wifi was easy to connect to and getting in and out of the estate gate was easy once you checked in. I would highly recommend this house. It was also within walking distance of the pool and restaurant. Both of which were fantastic! The only thing I wish that was communicated in the Vrbo write up regarding this property, is that in order to use the pool and facilities you need a badge. Six badges come with the property to use; however, to add an additional person(s) the cost was 25 each. This is set by the Saw Creek Estates. If you have kids, there is also a pool table and ping pong table for them to use in the basement. The surrounding area is filled with many outdoor activities. This includes zip lining, kayaking, hiking within the nearby Pocono National Park, and museums to name a few. Again, great property within a secure and quiet estate that any family will certainly enjoy!

Our family (10 of us) enjoyed our time at this home nestled in the woods! The home is as pictured, and although a little dated, it was clean. The kids loved playing in the basement, especially with the air hockey/ping pong table. Everyone had fun at the Top of the World pool - which was within walking distance. We were able to make great meals in the kitchen and appreciated that there was plenty of seating at the dining room table and counter. The owner was very kind and always responded quickly to our questions.

Have been using VRBO for vacation rentals' for many years. This is the first time that we were disappointed with our choice. Alot of maintenance issues, sliding door to rear deck was not working properly hard to slide, cloudy seal broken on doors.. Verticals on windows had issues not opening properly. In master bath hand held shower was not working. Upper level dead moths were in cup holders in recliners dirty . Lower level very damp, table had issues not stable needs to be properly secured. Pictures looked much better than what we found. FYI for anyone with mobility issues the door to the master bath is very narrow and my husbands was not able to use his walker. We appreciated the owner leaving us six passes to use on the property . The pool was the only amenity that we used. Did not find much to do in the area unless you want to drive 30-40 minuets. Wi-fi was spotty my son could not work from this location. Had to cut our week short this did not work for us.
