Recharge at this mesmerizing location that offers the perfect balance of privacy, adventure, and family fun. The large kitchen with island and stainless steel appliances and room for the whole family to gather. Under the Oaks is a beautifully furnished, boast a spacious family room with smart TV. Amenities such as a relaxing hot tub, private dock, fire pit, porch swing, new XL picnic table on upper deck, and a high top table in a covered outdoor space, and Kayaks/Paddle boards for Guest Use.
IMPORTANT NOTE: A 4-wheel drive vehicle is required to access our cottage. As you drive along the beach to reach this gem of a home keep an eye out for wild ponies, sea turtle nests, and a variety of other incredible wildlife. Boat dock: water level is average 4ft deep and can accommodate 21ft boat.

We loved our stay at Under the Oaks! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The outdoor spaces were our favorite—perfect for relaxing and spending time together. Great location and a very responsive host. We will definitely be booking again!

This was our first family vacation in 10 years!! And was by far the best we ever had! We might have ran in to some bumps in the beginning but that’s what making memories is all about!! The host was absolutely amazing and showed us how we needed to access the beach in 2 wheel drive he was definitely our lifesaver and made sure our family vacation didn’t get ruined over getting stuck in the sand in the beginning lol we didn’t do much besides going to the light house and spending all day at the beach but that’s what we came for! We also ended having a stormy day which was the best of the best because on the way out to tour the lighthouse we got to see the wild horse run in the water going down the beach front! The place was very well stocked and clean! It also had so many things to do just at the property that our kids never seemed to get bored which was a plus and than ending the night with a fire out back making s'mores was a big hit for the kiddos! We will definitely be back next year and every time after that because this place is our go to every year now

This was a great place to stay. Lovely clean house with lots of activities available. I loved 4 wheeling the beach each day and seeing all the horses! Thanks so much for a great time!

This house is quiet, with nice comfortable spaces. Tastefully decorated with plenty of towels and pretty much anything you might need in the kitchen. Loved the hot tub and swings, sitting on the porches, the horses and all the wildlife. Great communication with the host. We will definitely be back!
