About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 300 m² house, which can accommodate up to 13 people, for rent in Souzy-la-Briche. It has a lovely 120 m² living room (with a large fireplace), six bedrooms, four bathrooms and a garden of around 1,000 m². Tennis court, swimming pool, billiards table, games room - we're waiting for you!

- Entrance hall with pool table
- A 120 m² living room with lounge, sofa, fireplace (wood provided) and dining room
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including a large cooking hob with Falcon double oven, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (small bath)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (bath)
- Separate WC
First floor:
- A large games room with table football, cinema screen, board games, books and comics
- Bedroom 3: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room and WC
- Bedroom 4: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 5: with 1 single bed
- Bedroom 6: dormitory with 4 single beds
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners offer: wifi, sheets and towels, high chair, cot, ping pong table, etc.
