There is one bedroom with a 140 cm bed, and a master bedroom with a 140 cm bed and its own en-suite shower room and toilet. Additionally, there is a separate shower room with a toilet. The garden leads to an annex, which features a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and its own private shower room and toilet. In total, there are three bedrooms, with one located in the annex, separate from the main house.



The house is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, vitroceramic cooktop, and microwave for your convenience. The living room also includes a flat-screen TV. Outside, the enclosed garden offers a barbecue area and a dining space under a large canopy, complete with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors.



Pets are not allowed, and the house can accommodate up to six people, making it an ideal choice for families or small groups.



The property is well-located, just 15 minutes on foot from the small beach and sailing club, and only 3 minutes’ walk to the port. The village center, with shops, restaurants, and the market, is also just 2 minutes away on foot. The nearby forest is a 5-minute bike ride, and the beautiful ocean beach and surf club are just 10 minutes by bike.



Bed linen and towels are available as an option and must be paid for on-site.

The accommodation must be returned in the same level of cleanliness as upon your arrival.
