• Please note that a $125 pet fee per pet per stay applies,. Kindly inform us if you'll be bringing your furry friends so we can send you the fee request promptly.
• The home has been fitted with smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, and a fire extinguisher for your safety and security.
• Absolutely no prom, graduation, or other large (more than the max occupancy) parties/events permitted. The max number of house guests must equal the max number of sleeping accommodations our home allows for 12 guests
• Please take note that we require all guests to sign the Rental Agreement and fill out a Check In Form prior to your arrival.
• A noise detector has been installed in the house to notify you if the sound has reached a level that could disturb the neighbors. We thank you in advance for your co-operation in maintaining positive relationships with our neighbors. City of Bradenton quiet hours are 10PM-7AM, during those hours noise must be kept below 65 db.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Bradenton, visiting local sites, but also lounging in this beautiful home. The property is as described in the listing, with all the creature comforts you need for a relaxing family vacation. Our nine family members had a great time, enjoying the communal spaces but also having large well-appointed cozy bedrooms upstairs to retreat to, when desired. The downstairs shared space has mission tiles and is spacious, as described in the listing, with room for several people to comfortably gather, relax, and still have room to play for the little ones. Downstairs includes an bright oversized living room, complete with oversized furniture with cool beige linen, styled for comfort, not just utility and longevity. The dining area comfortably sat our entire group with a large, wide, glass table and had enough room to serve several family style dishes and yet have table space and elbow room to spare. The kitchen and dining nook were another great feature, allowing multiple people to work and chat while prepping meals--all the cookware and dishes you need are provided, with any cook able to work easily. You'll need to bring your own spices, otherwise the kitchen has it all! Outdoor cooking was a breeze, with a large gas grill and side burner on the covered patio.The pool patio and outdoor spaces were large and had ample quality seating, both in covered and open areas. The host was attentive and we would stay here again if in the area.
