Les Tuquettes, charming self-catering cottage in the Lot. Familiar and authentic.

We are located in the Lot department in the Occitanie region, at the bottom of the Bouriane in the Quercy, west of Cahors and just north of Puy-l'Evêque, a few kilometers from the Lot in the commune of Montcabrier, very close to the Dordogne and the Lot-et-Garonne.

It is at the end of a small hamlet made up of seven houses, in a place called Le Fraysse, in a beautiful wooded environment where nature has kept its priorities, that our Estate is located.

It is in this exceptional and peaceful setting that we offer you our 4 cottages with a capacity of 2 to 5 people according to your choice.

Our property is located in the Lot valley, renowned for its vineyards and the prestigious AOC Cahors wine.

During a hike, By bike, horse or boat, you can discover a valley dotted with authentic villages, meadows, forests, dry stone walls, wild orchids and refuges, in an atmosphere cradled by the waters of the Lot on the banks of which you can picnic.

Our estate extends over several hectares with swimming pool, jacuzzi, petanque courts, gazebo, playground, ornamental gardens, fruit trees as well as woods accessible with magnificent walking paths.

Our cottage Les Tuquettes provides you with a beautiful space of 82m², with a large living room with wood stove, an open kitchen, 2 comfortable and modular bedrooms (1 king size bed and 3 single beds or 1 king size bed and 1 single bed), a bathroom (shower and sink), 1 separate toilet, 2 sheds and 2 independent terraces facing west and north-east.
