La Borie is a holiday home located in the Lot region, very close to the Dordogne region, in the South West of France.
This is accommodation in a large barn of 200 m2, restored and separated into two cottages of 6 and 8 travelers (rentable together or separately). The cottage has 1 floor.

On the first floor are:
- The spacious kitchen with: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, stove, hob, microwave, coffee machine, etc.
- The living room: with sofas, dining table, TV .
- The covered terrace of 25m2 with: barbecue and large dining table.

Upstairs are:
- The 2 bedrooms: master bedroom with shower room and adjoining toilet, as well as a bedroom for 4 with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed for 2 people.
- a large independent bathroom with bath, shower and toilet

Access to the cottage is independent, with a private entrance.
Parking in front of the cottages

With my wife, we live next to the cottages, on the same property. We will be reachable at any time and we will be happy to help you and respond to your requests if necessary. You can also be completely independent if you wish.

Our garden with games/swings and trampoline, as well as the swimming pool are accessible to you independently and by an independent entrance/path, all on 1 hectare of land, meadows, orchards.
