The family-run Pension Abendroth is located in the beautiful downtown area of Haltern, with its historic charm, right next to the Haltern Reservoir and the "Hohe Mark" recreational area, on the border of the Ruhr region in the southern Münsterland. Modern amenities such as a shower/toilet, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi are standard. We’re well-equipped to accommodate guests with bicycles, and a bike shelter is also available. Cultural and recreational attractions are located right near the guesthouse: the LWL Roman Museum, the Siebenteufelsturm, the Historic Town Hall, the Ketteler Hof amusement park, and many biking and hiking trails.

There is a key vending machine at the entrance on Mühlenstraße 27.

In the hallway, you’ll find an information board with the floor plan and details on where to park your bike. Parking spaces are available in front of the building; parking is free from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. and on Sundays and holidays.
Please fill out the registration form completely at the front desk. It is important that you answer the question about whether you would like to have the breakfast buffet with either “yes” or “no.”
Breakfast buffet is served Saturday, Sunday, and on holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Price per person for lodge guests: 9 EUR.
Please pay the bill in cash. Card payments are not accepted.
If you plan to arrive on the day of your booking, you can only book for that day until 1:00 p.m.; after that, no key can be held for you.

The modern Mühlenstein vacation apartment is located right in downtown Haltern on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people. The open-concept living area features a dining area for 4 people, a 1.40 x 2 m sofa bed, a flat-screen TV on the wall, a kitchenette with a microwave (including grill function), a 2-burner stove, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, an egg cooker, and a toaster. 1 bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. No smoking. Pets are not allowed. An extra bed (0.90 x 2 m) is available.
