We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.

This is in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unregistered Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was clean and very easy for 3 couples to share the living space. We ate several meals in and there was plenty of dishes and utensils for us all. We would come back and stay again when we need to be in the KC area for an extended weekend.

This is a wonderful house on Gardner Lake! Super clean and comfortable — perfect for a family getaway. The layout was spacious yet cozy, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy.The location is super convenient, with easy access to the water and to downtown Gardner. Our kids had a blast, and it was the perfect mix of fun and relaxation.The hosts were incredibly communicative and kind — they made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. We felt so welcomed and taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again!
