Beautiful condo. Had all we needed for the 10 days. Wrap around bakcony with private areas for all bedrooms. Had leak around toilet. Sent text and was immediately dealt with. Can't wait to go back next year

Everything about the stay was great. Grounds clean. Some painting/cleaning being done on some units, which was mildly annoying but at this time of year something is always being fixed.We needed more towels which we got the next day. Perhaps with 4 bedroom unit and a week long stay, a few extra rolls of toilet paper and another roll of paper towel would be good.Otherwise, we had a great time, unit is gorgeous as is the resort.

We stayed in a beautiful, very spacious condo at North beach towers that was perfect for our adult group of six. The beach view from the balconies were incredible, and we loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was gorgeous and well-equipped, and the overall layout made our stay very comfortable.
Unfortunately, the check in process and interactions with the staff were disappointing. I travel frequently for both business and personal trips, and I've never experienced the level of disorganization, demanding and argumentativeness that we encountered with Itrip. It took away from what could have been a flawless stay. We would absolutely stay in this condo again if the check in experience were improved and the staff were more understanding and accommodating for those vacationers.
