We stayed a week in December and had a great time. The condo is lovely and the beds are comfortable.
The kitchen needs better pans, but we find that in a lot of rentals

The oven had not been cleaned. There was spill over from previous tenant that caught fire and set off smoke alarms when we tried to preheat oven.Parking was fine, could be confusing for first time renters

We had our family stay and the unit itself was absolutely stunning, plenty of room and sleeping areas were well thought out. The unit and grounds were clean and all staff were friendly. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment in the area.

The property could have been cleaned. They should have gotten a refund from the cleaning company because they didn’t do a good job .the tile floors were not mopped walking barefoot our feet were dirty the next day. And there was a cut toe nail on floor in bedroom which leads me to believe the floors weren’t swept or mopped it was in plain sight. The kitchen had no toaster. And the artificial plants had layers of dust on them. I notified host at itrip the following day and said they would come back to clean. The inconvenience of them doing that wasn’t right. It should have been done prior to settling in on our 4 day trip.i asked for compensation for the troubles they replied I should have notified them earlier. I won’t be returning with that host. We always use Vrbo for at least 10 years now never a problem.
