This rental has everything you need. The beds are comfortable; Personal cleaning products are in shower despensers; All necessities are available in the kitchen including small kitchen appliances (both Keurig and drip coffee makers). Even on a busy Wedding weekend, the house was quiet to allow the smallest of our group to take his 3 hour nap. We used the spacious outdoor patio (seating for 12 - shared with the other side of the duplex). The property manager and the cleaning staff were very pleasant to work with and replied quickly if we had any questions. We rented both sides of this duplex for our family of 18. We wondered about street parking but found no issue to accommodate our 7 cars. It's a wonderful location and plan to return. Note... There are a lot of stairs to get into the duplex and access the lower level bedrooms. It may make a difference if a guest had significant mobility constraints.
