My family and I stayed for a long weekend and absolutely enjoyed ourselves. The house was very clean and stocked with anything you need plus some! A huge plus that it was close to the things we were gonna do while there like the zoo, Arch and caught a MLB game! They had games you can play and we played one we hadn’t before and laughed so hard. You won’t regret your stay. Will definitely be coming back again!

This rental has everything you need. The beds are comfortable; Personal cleaning products are in shower despensers; All necessities are available in the kitchen including small kitchen appliances (both Keurig and drip coffee makers). We noticed there were items (ie Pack and Play) for little children and lots of outdoor space (seating for 12) on the outdoor patio. The property manager and the cleaning staff were very pleasant to work with and replied quickly if we had any questions. We rented both sides of this duplex for our family of 18. We wondered about street parking but found no issue to accommodate our 7 cars. It's a wonderful location and plan to return.

Had a wonderful weekend, the property was almost totally as described. There were issues with the outside front entrance which were no problem and were scheduled to be fixed after we left so no issues there. The inner door (the one leading from the duplex entrance into where we were staying) had some damage to where the deadbolt slides in so the unit didn't technically lock and could be gently pushed open when "locked". The only major issue came after we left. Midway through the next week I noticed a rather expensive "Other Services" charge on the card I had used. No prior communication besides a very pleasant thank you for staying message. Called the property management company and they said there "was obvious evidence of smoking and the place reeked" and the fee was for cleaning and deodorizing that. None of us smoked in the property at all. Nothing reeked when we left, and there would have been no evidence because as per the requested checkout instructions we removed all the trash from inside before leaving. One of us used an odorless vape pen during the trip but not inside, and none of us are smokers.
Overall a wonderful weekend, soured after the fact by an unannounced expensive cleaning charge for something that could not have happened while we were there.
