Every morning, you can watch the sunrise, dolphins and boats go by from the 2nd floor porches. In the afternoon or evening, take a quick 5 minute walk to play at the beach or watch the sunset!

The spacious interior is perfect for large groups, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a dining table for eight. The high-end family area includes a large sectional sofa and a TV. The garage offers a ping pong table and arcade games.
Outside, enjoy paved spaces for entertaining, grilling, and soaking up the sun. There is a sparkling pool, an outdoor dining table, a bar area, an outdoor TV and shower, and a selfie wall in the garage to capture vacation memories.
Casa Rosa offers four beautifully furnished bedrooms with beach decor, nest thermostats, and TVs. The primary bedroom features a king bed, patio pool access, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third and fourth bedrooms both have balcony access and share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower.

This property does not allow pets of any kind.
4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

Owner responded quickly to any questions I had.Lots of little things were nice: plenty of towels, dishes, seasonings, soap, towels, shower items too.Having a boat slip to go in and out was wonderful as well.The island is beautiful. The views are amazing.

We chose this property for a family get together we can only do every couple of years. There was nine of us , 6 adults and 3 kids. There was ample space for us all. Central to everything. Sunrise mornings sunset in the evenings. Communication with owner was brilliant. Couldn’t have asked for more.

The home had plenty of room for our family. We all enjoyed the warm pool. It was fun to fish off the dock. And a great location with a beautiful beach only a short 5 minute walk away.
