About this villa rental
This is the most beautiful apartment in villaweb portfolio.
In a quiet zone (near Little Texas), between airport and city center at only 4 minutes taxi drive (3.5 euro in total) to the city center , a private 2 rooms apartment (bedroom with king size bed and one living room with sofa bed) in a villa with separate entrance which offers completely independence. This offer is for long term rentals (negociable)
The space
This is the best , green (unpolluted) zone in Iasi town. From the living room you can delight yourself with a sunset view.
Next to the house (on the main "Moara de Vant street (windmill street) there is a Chairlift offering passage trips across the lake. This is unique in Iasi !
You have at 300 meters a special restaurant (Little Texas) with a nice garden for summer outside meals

You are completely independent (keys in safe box with a code). Very cozy apartment with wifi and kitchen at your service. Taxi (numbers you can find in the apartment can arrive in 3-5 minutes and brings you to Palace Mall in 5 minutues (~3 euro in total) or to city center (2,5 euro in total)
Other things to note
Please note that the villa is in a private alley (dead end) on a parallel street to "Moara de Vant" street (which means Windmill street) no 141D
To get there the best thing is to take a taxi. Tell to the taxi driver that you want to go to Little Texas restaurant and then, turn first street on the left and second street on the right in the apple orchard at the second house at the end of apple orchard
