Hotel Vatika Royal

We had booked two rooms both rooms were spacious. They provided towels and soap. WiFi was available. Near to mathura railway station gate no. 3 , about 800m. Staff was humble and polite.

This hotel has no lift. There is no first floor stay so you get rooms directly from 2nd floor so elderly people can't book this place as there is no lift. First day one room which they provided had many small black ants which was very irritating. Shower wasn't working in both the rooms. Drinking water was not provided. WiFi was available on 2nd floor but wasn't reachable on third floor. Hotel is around 200m from main road so you have to walk a bit. Their checkout time is irregular so you have to wait to get your rooms when you check in. We waited for one hour to get our check in done. The premises is not parking friendly. They don't have parking space, what they provide is small space outside reception. We parked there and at night someone punctured our tyre. Better you take care for parking there.

Helping host, nice and comfortable stay for family friends. Got to attend holi local ritual overall this place is decent comfortable.

Good room, washroom, staff location is also fine u dnt mind inside local roads. Recommended stay

According to me it's the best hotel in the budget. Staff behaviour is very good 😊. I like this hotel for a family stay in Mathura. I can confidently recommend it to you.

Property was newly built and good staffing. You can consider for your Mathura stay. Near to railway station, find cabs and share auto near to stay, nearby food area are there. Recommend
