    We booked this property on Agoda but didn't find it suitable to be with Agoda. Only two good points I observed was good behaviour of staff and tasty dinner which was served. Basically it is a marriage venue with couple of rooms and nothing similar to a hotel. Bathrooms were stinking inspite of their cleaning it after our arrival so we were shifted to a lower room which was just a shade better. There was a marriage previous evening so muck was everywhere which was cleaned by evening. What was not available was as under:- 1. No water, toiletries, towel, gowns etc as mentioned. 2. No wifi. 3. TV to function on our hotspot. 4. No water in the bathroom during morning hours. Another room was opened for use of bathroom. 5. No power backup so no light in the morning for maybe an hour or so. 6. Parking is an issue during night if guests are more than one. 7. Billing requirs improvement. I was billed for the room I was not provided and after discussion if was brought down but still more the published rates. It was also on a plain paper. 8. Dining room not functional. *Requires time to improve to be called a hotel*
