民宿的地理位置非常好，離東向島電車站近，電車站出來就有2家大型超市跟超商，民宿旁邊就是7-11，走路約8分鐘就會到life超市跟公園，而且超市營業到很晚，逛完街回去可以再到超市採購宵夜或隔天早餐，真的很方便！ 民宿的採光非常好，早晨陽光會灑進來，很舒服！ 廚房配備很齊全，烤箱、微波爐等一應俱全，方便做菜，還配備兒童椅跟推車，對有帶寶寶的旅客非常友善，另外還有陽台可以曬衣服，適合多天連泊！ 這次剛好遇到隅田川花火大會，到屋頂上剛好可以看到煙火跟晴空塔同框！還不會人擠人，超級幸運的！推薦給大家
1.房間的動線設計不太好放24吋以上的行李 2.房間的彈簧床比較軟，無法睡軟床到人建議跟民宿提出加床需求，會更舒服
