Amazing location, amazing facilities and amenities, super clean and comfortable

Shower isn’t that strong, floor is a bit squeaky, hard to access the room at night with luggage as steep steps but that’s ok

I already miss the place. It isn’t elegant but there looking out the window of the room, nestled on the highest point of the Yuzhong Peninsula, it has the best view Chongqing and the Changjiang River in the city.      It is in a trendy artistic area ("Testbed 2 ").   It has lots of history.  Tourists come there to shop , eat at the restaurants and take pictures modeling in front of the scenery.     The host and staff time and time again provided me access to experiences I wouldn't have otherwise had in Chongqing.     Like a brother, the host took me to get my cell phone from a railway train conductor that I had left on a train station information desk counter the previous day. He coached me that the best way to show my gratitude to the conductor was with a hand written letter, that I handed to her.      I love Once Hotel and the people.

We had a very difficult experience flying with China Eastern Airlines due to bad weather. Our plane couldn’t land as scheduled, so we were diverted to Chengdu, where we were left sitting in the plane for 7 hours without any information. It was truly a horrible experience. However, our host from Once Linya Xiaoyuan, located in Beacin Erchang Culture and Creative Park, was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the ordeal. Even while we were still stuck on the plane, they called the airline to get updates and kept me informed by phone the entire time. Originally, we were supposed to arrive at 4 PM, but we only got there at 2 AM. We were extremely lucky to have such amazing assistance from the host. Thanks to our constant communication, we were able to find the place easily despite the late hour. Even though our Alipay payment didn’t go through that night, the host kindly told us not to worry and to just rest and pay the next day. That level of trust and kindness was truly appreciated. The accommodation itself is located in a peaceful and creative area — a calm oasis in the middle of this massive, bustling city. The rooms were clean, practical, and beautifully designed with wooden features. It felt very cozy and comfortable. They even helped us organize a day trip to Dazu, which turned out to be a perfect day. We want to sincerely thank the entire team for such a wonderful stay. Your help, warmth, and professionalism made all the difference.

the guesthouse is located in a trendy neighborhood, tucked away and surrounded by the greenery of the adjacent park, with a stunning view of the city and river below. The rooms are clean and perfectly equipped, communal spaces include a beautiful terrace and there's also a café at ground floor (open to the public). The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, would love to come back again!
