    A small hotel, more like a guest house, offering a more personal touch than the larger hotels. Staff were very polite and smiley. Very big rooms, that were spotlessly clean and with super soft beds, are situated above the restaurant which itself offers a nice menu and also sells deli food. Breakfast, although not huge, was more than adequate and very good coffee. Bars, restaurants and nightlife just 5 minutes walk. Youre not staying in this type of hotel for a swimming pool or gym with sauna and spa, you're staying here for a more cosy, personal experience. Parking is in the quiet street outside the property, let them know if needed and they'll make sure there's a spot. Note there is no elevator so might not suit people who struggle with stairs. All in all I thought it was great value and would be very happy to stay there again.

    This place is very clean. The staffs are very kind and very warm welcome. Love the room decoration style. Food is also great. Just a little bit problem on finding the car parking for those who driving the car

    This fantastic centrally located boutique hotel in Khon Kaen offers spacious, clean rooms within walking distance of malls, cafes, and dining. The friendly owners and staff ensured a wonderful Songkran stay, complemented by excellent breakfast options and high-quality drinks. Highly recommended for its value and prime location.

    Too many stairs, and the AC units too little BTU. The food is great, the bed is great, good shower and fantastic staff
