Pros: Front Desk Staff was top notch professional- friendly, helpful and responsive. Spa is great, clean, not overly crowded. Very nice waitstaff at the restaurant. Rooms are pretty and comfortable.
Cons: air conditioning unit and towel dryer both not functioning. Street light outside window with no way to block the light. Breakfast staff aggressive and not friendly.
Overall we enjoyed staying here. Bagno Vignoni is a gorgeous place.

Everything was perfect, fabulous location, staff amazing and breakfast was delicious. We also ate in the restaurant which was perfect.
