The property has a character. Traditional Tuscany style. View from the room fantastic. Location is very good. Very nice breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Wonderful old building, beautifully brought up to date in sympathetic manner. Hotel is situated in the centre of a wonderful ancient spa village, surrounded by glorious countryside and excellent walking tracks.

Location, easy parking, nice breakfast. Some gluten free options. Accommodated me when I wanted to change rooms.

The cleaning of the room was good. New towels every day and fresh linen on the bed halfway through our stay. It was nice that there were actual duvets instead of just a sheet and a blanket. The bacon and eggs in the breakfast buffet were delicious.
The bread in the breakfast buffet tasted like paper. The hams and cheese were not good. In general there were too many cakes for breakfast and we lacked some actual food.
The location was very poor. Throughout the day, tourist buses arrived frequently. The place was not tranquile as advertised. Upon arrival, we asked for a cancellation of the booking due to the false advertisement, or at least a shortening of the duration of the stay, but unfortunately this was not possible.
We booked a couples massage, but were put in two separate rooms.
