9.5 balo iš 10 jei tiksliau, suapvalinau. Pats gyvenu 5 aukšte be lifto, jokių minusų didelių, tikrai ♥️ gražiai įrengta, šilta, saulėta, nereikėjo šildytuvo, rami vieta, apart kaimynai rūko E-smoke ir labai jaučiasi WC rūkalų smarvė, bet pravedinus ok, reik langą laikyti atidarytą ir WC duris atidarytas.
E-smoke iš WC ateina, nes rūko kaimynai, vos nenulekiau nuo kėdės, kuri ir girgzdejo, WD40 nebuvo, bet su muilu girgzdejimas dingo, dauguma komentarų teisingi, vertinu puikiai 9,5 jei tiksliau, gaila, kad gegužės mėn kaina padvigubėjo, norėjau užsisakyti vėl ..
Nesugebėjau įsijungti TV kanalų, bet ir nereikėjo, per daug išmanusis TV!)

This apartment is located in the historical fortress (Daugavpils Cietoksnis), which is a small suburban area outside the city centre - there's hardly any traffic so it's a rather quiet and peaceful place. The location is great if you're travelling by car since there's free parking in the street (and it's a safe environment to leave your car). Modern apartment, well-equipped with electric hot plate, fridge/freezer, washing machine etc. so it's suitable also for a longer stay. Spacious and very clean - also the sofa bed was quite comfortable to sleep in. We had some trouble with the key box, but called the host and solved the problem, great communications.
This is not critique, but there are some things you should know about the location: the apartment is in the uppermost floor of the building, with no elevator - so it's probably not suitable for someone with limited mobility (or a small child). Again, the location in the fortress area can be a plus or a minus depending on your preferences: it's perfect if you like some peace and quiet and are interested in exploring the historical surroundings and museums (the famous Mark Rothko Art Centre is within a 5 min walk) - not so perfect if you're more interested in exploring the nightlife of Daugavpils (quite a long walk back from the town, public transport is ok but nighttime schedules not so much).

The apartment is cozy and clean. It's been recently renovated and has almost everything you need for a comfortable stay: clean bedding, towels, toiletries, and kitchenware.
The sofa feels like it's at an angle, so it constantly tilts to one side while sleeping. And then there are the smoking neighbors. The smell isn't noticeable in the apartment, but it's noticeable in the bathroom. I had to leave the exhaust fan on for a long time.

Skaista, klusa vieta ar skatu uz pilsētu, pēdējais stāvs. Dzīvokļu atslēgas lock-boxā. Ir pieejama smartTV funkcija. Dzīvoklī viss nepieciešamais.
