Хорошая квартира, чисто, все удобства, тихий район, удобно для прогулок в крепости, в пешей доступности неплохой ресторан. Снимал квартиры в два раза дороже - смысла нет, только если нужна близость к центру.
Пятый этаж без лифта, о чем информации не было заранее (или не нашел). Вентилятор вместо кондиционера в жару не спасает, но это было и так понятно заранее.

The apartment is small, compact, clean, all the necessary equipment is available in the kitchen. You can also hear the neighbors, the sound insulation is low.
There is no large mirror. The apartment has poor ventilation - when the neighbors come home, they smoke and this smell is quite noticeable in the apartment, it is not pleasant. Here and there you can hear dogs barking nearby. Quite far from the center if you walk.

9.5 balo iš 10 jei tiksliau, suapvalinau. Pats gyvenu 5 aukšte be lifto, jokių minusų didelių, tikrai ♥️ gražiai įrengta, šilta, saulėta, nereikėjo šildytuvo, rami vieta, apart kaimynai rūko E-smoke ir labai jaučiasi WC rūkalų smarvė, bet pravedinus ok, reik langą laikyti atidarytą ir WC duris atidarytas.
E-smoke iš WC ateina, nes rūko kaimynai, vos nenulekiau nuo kėdės, kuri ir girgzdejo, WD40 nebuvo, bet su muilu girgzdejimas dingo, dauguma komentarų teisingi, vertinu puikiai 9,5 jei tiksliau, gaila, kad gegužės mėn kaina padvigubėjo, norėjau užsisakyti vėl .. Nesugebėjau įsijungti TV kanalų, bet ir nereikėjo, per daug išmanusis TV!)
