Viss, kam jābūt, lai justos komfortabli. Pat zobupasta, ja esi aizmirsis savu mājās. Dzīvoklis silts, neskatoties uz spelgoni ārā. Ērta, plata gulta, utt.

Ļoti patika mājīgums un bija pieejams viss nepieciešamais. Ir balkons ar superīgu skatu uz Ludzu. Dzīvoklis atrodas klusā, vietā pavisam netālu no parka.
