L’emplacement, l’emplacement, l’emplacement !
L’appartement est en sous sol, donc pas de lumière vraiment naturel mais ce n’est pas si dérangeant. Le côté négatif c’est la petite odeur d’humidité dans l’appartement qui n’est pas très agréable, et le manque de noir total la nuit.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. Communication with the host was excellent — quick, friendly, and very helpful. We especially appreciated the possibility to leave our luggage before the official check-in time, which made our arrival much easier.
The apartment was thoughtfully equipped with nice touches such as coffee and slippers, which made it feel very comfortable. Its location is also a big advantage, as all the main attractions are within walking distance.
The only downside was that it was not clearly indicated that the apartment is located in the basement, so there is no natural daylight.

L'emplacement proche de la Piazza Navona.
Tout est faisable à pieds, Vatican, Trévi, place d'espagne à 20 mn.
Très confortable avec de quoi cuisiner (avec tous les bons restaurants à côté, nous n'avons rien cuisiné).
Cafetière Nespresso dans l'appartement.

Location, obviously.
Though not as important as this was a business trip
Unexpected basement room, again. I am starting to blame Booking for not requiring providers to clarify when the room is going to be underground. I find it very, very annoying especially as it's not expected. And this particular basement room came with a strong incentive to keep all windows shut (just try and open one and you will see why) and a distinct smell of mould.
Please do let customers know when you are planning to land them a basement room. Otherwise, all you are doing is attract bad reviews
