Good location. Apartment well equipped with 3 AC.
Only one bed available and it was something improvised not a real bed, not confortabile at all. Old furniture in the rooms. Hot water was provided by the boiler and so, not available all the time. Differential garbage schedule was hard to follow and so we had to stay with it in the flat for entire week. Additional, check-in was online and it collected big amounts of personal data such as full copy of IDs or even selfie of all of us. Like applying for a visa not just for an accommodation for few days.

Appartamento perfetto, un piccolo inconveniente quando la madre del proprietario è voluta entrare in casa per chiudere la porta di una stanza già chiusa, è stato un po' strano perché non mi sarei aspettato che fosse la mia vicina considerando che avevo preso l'appartamento da un'agenzia immobiliare! Ma alla fine è andato tutto bene! Lo consiglio!
Non mi piaceva il fatto che la madre del proprietario insistesse per chiudere la porta di una stanza nell'appartamento. era la nostra vicina di casa e non era molto gentile!! .... mi sembrava strano ma alla fine è andato tutto bene !

This charming apartment is an absolute delight! Just 5 minutes from the beach, promenade, and great restaurants, and only 4 minutes from the nearest supermarket. It’s equipped with everything you could possibly need and located on what must be the quietest street in Pescara. The self check-in was super easy and convenient. A true little gem — I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Дуже нам з донькою сподобався наш тижневий відпочинок в апартаментах Casa Fe- Relax al Mare. Квартира була чистою та комфортною для відпочинку. Господарь нам дозволив навіть раніше заселитися, об 11.30, за що ми дуже вдячні.
Квартира відповідає фото, навіть краще. Є все необхідне: посуд, постіль, рушники чисті та м'якенькі, пральна машина, фен, праска та інші необхідні речі. Ліжко було зручним, кондиціонери створювали комфортне перебування.
Пляжи поруч, 5 хвилин пішки. Магазин продуктів Eurospar в 4 хвилинах , де є все необхідне.
З господарем спілкувалися тільки через повідомлення, бо не було необхідності в іншому.
До аеропорту 7 км, 20 хвилин автобусом #38.
Дуже вдячні за комфортний відпочинок. Будемо раді ще повернутися та рекомендуватиме нашім друзям та знайомим🙂
