La atención tan cercana y agradable de los dueños. Súper atentos y encantadores, hasta nos dejaron un bizcocho casero. Trato excelente no, lo siguiente!

El departamento estaba impecable, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. La comunicación previa a la llegada fue muy buena y atenta de parte de Pablo, el anfitrión. Su madre, Toñi, me esperó en el lugar, es una persona encantadora, me dio mucha información para mi estadía. Se ubica en un barrio muy tranquilo y silencioso. Hay un túnel peatonal, muy iluminado y seguro, que te deja a dos cuadras de la playa Sardinero en 10 minutos y caminando llegué hasta la península de la Magdalena y playa del mismo nombre. Para bajar a Puerto chico hay una calle muy directa, llegué en 12 minutos y en 25 estuve en la Estacion Maritima, lugar de donde salen los tours a Comillas y Santillana del Mar. En resumen, llegué a todas partes caminando sin problemas (tengo 72 años). Otra cosa importante es que tienes supermercados muy cerca y tb cafeterías. Absolutamente recomendable alojarse en este departamento.
