C38 MALAGA CENTRAL STATION - Relax & Comfort

la ubicación me la esperaba más cerca pero todo perfecto.

Me and my wife stayed in this apartment for more than 3 weeks. We mainly used it as our temporary home for remote working. We used the large bedroom as our sleeping room. The two small bedrooms were our home offices. This worked out fine. The internet was excellent (~ 500 Mbit/s in both directions) and we could have conference calls without disturbing one another. We found the location excellent. First of all as it is a relatively quit apartment. If you ever visited a large Spanish city, you know that the garbage is collected at 3 AM. The garbage bins are right outside the apartment, at a relatively busy street. But that did not bother us at all since other apartments in the building block the noise from the street. We had the window in the bedroom open and were never disturbed by noise from the street (either garbage collectors, cars or people shouting). The second reason we rank the location as very good is that there are several nice restaurants (and other facilities such as supermarkets in the direct neighbourhood). Whe only used the kitchen form making coffee and tea. The coffee machine is a Nespresso Dolce Gusto. We very much appreciated that two cups were there upon arrival, to start our first day with coffee (and we returned the favour). Very nice and comfort beds. We liked the laps that had an integrated fan. The pictures are just as in reality (in the case you wonder, there are actually 2 bathrooms. However, one is so small that is is rather useless). We appreciated the discussion we the host Dany who answered all our questions quickly.

The small bedrooms have a window that look at the internal area with hardly any light (and a not nice odeur, so we kept these windows closed). The doors of the living room towards the balcony did not fit perfectly and this causes a hauling wind in the apartment on a windy day. We missed a knife to cut bread. (So we bought one in the nearby hyper market and had the intention to leave it in the kitchen but in the end we took it with us). Do not let this stop you. We would book the apartment again (but next time we will look for an other town to work remotely)

Éramos tres personas y el agua caliente se acabó para las duchas . Una de las puertas del armario estaba descolgada

Location was great, nice lounge and kitchen area

There was only 1 bathroom and toilet for all of us. The second toilet is constructed such that one cannot sit on the toilet, hence it is unusable and whoever planned, designed, constructed and passed it as habitable should have there qualifications checked
