Cabin in the Skye - 5 BDs Lake Harmony

Tons of space! Five bedrooms separated on two floors. Two queens upstairs and three more bedrooms downstairs. Full bath on both floors. TVs in all the bedrooms, which was really nice and separate living areas on the first and second floor. We stayed during the week and the price was excellent. If we saw the same deal again we would rebook.

It could use a little sprucing up with a fresh coat of paint and minor cosmetic touchups. The steps definitely need to be vacuumed. The house to the left and the right of this home are being completely remodeled and on two separate occasions the house alarms went off throughout the entire night. We had to call the local police to shut them off. This was not any fault of this home though.

The area was peaceful lake right there and didn't have to go far to eat and the communication was great. If i had a problem they got back to me right away. Even when i messaged them around 11pm when i thought the split units air condition wasn't working they got back to me in less than 5 minutes. So communication is awesome and professional.

The house although was clean can do with some cosmetic repair. The bathrooms although fixtures were nice the work that was done look like something i could do, and i'm not a contractor. Someone did some shotty work or they hired someone really cheap. The shower head in the downstairs bathroom didn't fit or not put on correctly the ceiling looked like they were patched up and didn't sand them and in some places didn't finish painting, walls plaster work was horrible. The shades are on backwards, missing light bulbs. They definitely need curtains or blinds on the sliding doors. The bedrooms however are nice all the bedrooms were comfy. If you like memory foam mattresses. If I have to say anything about the bedrooms it would be the bunk room get rid of the big gigantic bean bag and move the tv to the other wall. Also move the dart board, should not be over the couch. Also the closet door upstairs is broke or not lined right and the fire places were not cleaned out. I also think the cleaning people do not do windows the sliding door class needs to be clean and new table on the deck. The one out there is done time to say good bye to it. I took pictures but I don't see where to attached them. I gave a six cause it was a smell coming from somewhere i believe the freezer. Although it was clean the smell hit you soon as you walked up the steps.
