Sencillo, luminoso y amueblado con gusto.

Luftig leilighet, super beliggenhet. Utsikten og tilgjengeligheten til trikk/buss.
Litt rufsete leilighet, flere småting var ødelagt, blant annet på badet, tv virket ikke. Trenger en grundig vask.

It is comfortable apartment. Specious living room, with dining table and functional kitchen. 2 sleeping rooms with good double beds. There is also excellent sofa in the living room.
Bathroom is okay, but the washing fountain for hands/face didn’t have the mixer at the end and water was slipping on the tiles. Also the mirror-closet should be only mirror as there is no space for the closet, as you can’t wash face properly.

La propreté toute relative des draps (tâchés), des serviettes de toilette (usées et rêches), de la cuisine (congélateur avec glace et lave-vaisselle non vidé), état général de la salle de bain vétuste et exigüe (bas de la machine à laver rouillé, point de moisissures sur les joints de la douche, lunette des WC bancale), matelas directement sur le sol dans une des deux chambres, difficulté à fermer la porte de la pièce principale donnant sur le balcon.
