From the ad I wasn't sure what to expect, but since it was one of the cheapest places we rolled the dice. We were pleasantly surprised! We each had our own room with a massive bed, next to a living room with big couches and the biggest tv on earth. For a price cheaper or equal to a hostel. The bathroom and kitchen you share with the residents, they are plenty big and the other people living there are very chill so it wasn't any problem. The living room and bed rooms are downstairs, subterranean. Which gives extra privacy and keeps cool on warm summer days. The rooms weren't cleaned when we arrived, this was very quickly resolved after a message to the owner who sent someone over. Shoutout to my man Shanbe who showed up instantly to cleanup the rooms and refresh the beds. Very friendly guy, does a good job. Location is absolutely fine, we used e-scooters to get into the main part of town which is very near. Walking very doable too. Quiet neighborhood.

The ad could be more clear about the context of the place, which we didn't mind too much considering what we got was great for the money, and we like an adventure. What we couldn't tell from the ad or later provided info is that it's a shared flat with shared facilities. For us no problem, can imagine some people would mind it.
