La posizione dell'alloggio è centralissima a due passi da Plaza botero e difronte la metro parque Barrio Appartamento pulito completo di ogni confort. La cosa che mi ha colpito di più è la gentilezza, disponibilità e umanità dei proprietari. Lionel e sua moglie mi hanno aiutato durante un mio momento di difficoltà e sono stati immensamente gentili. Non lo dimenticherò mai. Consigliatissimo.
L'unica cosa se proprio devo trovare un difetto l'acqua della doccia era appena tiepida e gli infissi in alluminio un po' datati non erano proprio ermetici quindi durante il giorno si sentivano un po' di rumori. .

Todo…el Depto super amplio, limpio, equipado…la ubicación inmejorable si querés estar en el centro de Medellín y experimentar lo más auténtico de la ciudad…super seguro el edificio…Pedro, el de seguridad, muy amable y dispuesto a colaborar en lo que sea…Johana super atenta…perfecto todo!

Very nice apartment, friendly and attentive staff.
The location was very convenient if a bit rough.
The place was luxurious for the price, and the people couldn't have been nicer. They let me check in early, and they even texted me after I left to make sure I didn't need some papers I had left in the garbage.
It took a couple of tries to get the wifi going. Eventually they fixed it, but I couldn't contact them in the meantime.
Also, the hot water wasn't very hot.
The wifi issue shows where actual hotels are better than a collection of apartments in a high-rise. The office was actually down the hall, but I didn't realize where it was until I saw my WhatsApp later.
